Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Lead or Manager with hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, and .NET-based new development. This role will lead development efforts to integrate and enhance workflows across a variety of enterprise platforms, focusing exclusively on backend development and system integration—no client-facing skills required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
• Design and implement custom connectors and integrations within a .NET development environment
• Develop scalable automation scripts and solutions to streamline cross-system workflows
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure efficient integration and data flow across platforms
• Oversee development activities and maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability

Requirements

• Proven experience in Power Automate and Power Apps development
• Strong proficiency in .NET and related Microsoft technologies
• Experience with system integration across complex enterprise ecosystems
• Ability to manage technical deliverables and ensure team alignment with development goals
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and custom connector development
