Senior Systems Analyst SAP Migration

Remote contract, 6 months

CoSourcing Partners is seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst to lead a high-impact automation initiative supporting the migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. This individual will manage a team of 3 developers tasked with building and deploying UiPath-based automations that enable a smooth, scalable, and compliant transition across business units. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in automation strategy, SAP environments, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee the daily work of 3 UiPath developers responsible for building automation solutions for SAP migration.
• Project Oversight: Drive project planning, execution, and delivery for automation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, business goals, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and align development with enterprise goals.
• Process Design Leadership: Review and approve PDDs, SDDs, and other project documentation to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with governance standards.
• Technical Guidance: Serve as the primary liaison between the business and development team, providing technical oversight without direct hands-on development.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce automation standards, code review practices, and documentation protocols to ensure sustainable and supportable automation assets.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor automation performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization during the SAP S/4HANA transition.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in business systems analysis or automation program leadership, preferably in large-scale SAP environments. Prior experience managing technical teams required.
• Technical Understanding:  Familiarity with UiPath RPA platform and SAP ERP (R/3 and S/4HANA). UiPath certification a plus, though hands-on development is not required. 
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced enterprise setting.
• Communication: Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical needs into business terms and vice versa.
• Project Management:
  ​​​​​​ Demonstrated success in delivering automation projects on time, within scope, and in line with business priorities.
