Senior Systems Analyst SAP Migration

CoSourcing Partners is seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst to lead a high-impact automation initiative supporting the migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. This onsite role requires a self-starting leader with strong technical knowledge and an independent, solution-oriented mindset. The right candidate will manage a team of 3 developers focused on delivering UiPath-based automations that drive a smooth, scalable, and compliant transition across business units.

Candidates must bring hands-on experience in automation strategy, large-scale SAP environments, and team leadership. Experience with Azure platforms or data analytics tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee the daily work of 3 UiPath developers delivering automation solutions for SAP migration.

• Project Leadership: Own the execution of automation workstreams—anticipate problems and bring solutions, not just questions. Ensure alignment to business objectives, timelines, and standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with IT, business process owners, and enterprise architects to define requirements and identify automation opportunities.

• Process Design Oversight: Review and approve PDDs, SDDs, and documentation to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance with governance frameworks.

• Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developers—provide technical guidance without direct hands-on coding.

• Governance & Compliance: Enforce automation standards, version control practices, and documentation requirements for enterprise-wide sustainability.

• Optimization Focus: Monitor automation performance and proactively suggest improvements throughout the SAP S/4HANA transformation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in business systems analysis, automation delivery, or technical project leadership within SAP environments. Prior experience managing technical teams is required.

• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with UiPath RPA and SAP R/3 and S/4HANA; UiPath certification is a plus.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

• Communication: Strong skills in translating between business requirements and technical execution.

• Project Management: Proven success in delivering automation initiatives on time, in scope, and with measurable business impact.

• Employment Type: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis only (no C2C or 1099).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including cloud integration or automation deployment

• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Synapse)
