Account Executive - Healthcare Technology Staffing

Location: Minneapolis, MN (onsite)

Employment Type: Direct hire, full time

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Executive to serve as the primary technology liaison for one of our key healthcare clients in the pharmacy benefits management space. Based on-site at the client’s Minneapolis area location, this individual will play a central role in managing all aspects of the client relationship, identifying new technology staffing and project-based needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a farming role focused on retention, expansion, and stakeholder alignment — not net-new business. Reporting directly to the Account Director who owns the P&L, the ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of healthcare technologies, prior exposure to tech staffing or consulting, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.

Performance Objectives:

 

1. Establish and Deepen Client Trust Within the First 90 Days
Within the first 90 days, build trusted working relationships with the client's key technology leaders, procurement contacts, and project managers. Proactively engage stakeholders to understand upcoming initiatives, staffing needs, and delivery expectations. Success will be measured by weekly touchpoints, stakeholder coverage depth, and responsiveness scores.

2. Drive Demand Capture and Delivery Coordination Across IT and PMO Groups
Within the first 6 months, regularly identify new project-based staffing needs across application development, data, infrastructure, and healthcare platforms. Convert stakeholder discussions into actionable reqs and collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery. Demonstrate consistent contribution to revenue retention and expansion metrics.

3. Support Strategic Planning and Opportunity Forecasting for Annual Client QBRs
By the end of year one, take ownership of the account’s quarterly business review preparation process. Provide insight into delivery trends, fill ratios, account pulse, and future talent needs. Partner with the P&L owner to influence solution roadmap discussions and secure continued alignment between client initiatives and available services.
