This forward-thinking organization is seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Python Developer with expertise in Langchain or similar frameworks to drive their AI and cloud-based initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will contribute to groundbreaking projects that enhance consumer experiences through the integration of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Gen AI solutions using Python, leveraging Google Cloud services.
Lead and execute the migration of applications and data to Google Cloud, ensuring efficient and secure deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable AI models, and optimize data pipelines.
Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python, C#, and R code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Work with LAMA (Language Model As A Service) to integrate advanced AI models into existing platforms.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI and cloud migration strategies.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and cloud migration best practices.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
Proven experience with RAG Frameworks like LangChain.
Proven experience with open source LLM like LLAM3, Mistral, Phi, etc.
Proficiency in C# and R programming languages.
Hands-on experience with LAMA (Language Model As A Service) for AI model integration.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the consumer retail industry or similar domains.
Knowledge of advanced AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
