Job Title: UiPath Implementation Project Manager

Location: Onsite required, Central Florida

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract 12 months

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Implementation Project Manager to lead an exciting automation transformation journey within the healthcare industry. This role will be pivotal in managing a strategic automation initiative, starting in the revenue cycle management domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of UiPath, and the ability to lead a distributed team of developers, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of UiPath-based automation projects, with a focus on revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry.
• Team Management: Oversee a team of 8 developers (4 onshore and 4 offshore), ensuring effective collaboration, task delegation, and performance management.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, located in Central Florida, ensuring clear communication, understanding of client needs, and alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation and adherence to project deadlines.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, from development to deployment.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, documenting progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the refinement of automation best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on UiPath implementations and automation projects.
• Certifications: UiPath Implementation Manager Certification strongly desired
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of revenue cycle management processes within the healthcare industry.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in UiPath with a deep understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles, tools, and best practices.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing distributed teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or UiPath certifications are highly desirable.
