The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Architect with a passion for technology and innovation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions using leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Nintex, or similar platforms. This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives to develop effective automation strategies that deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions to optimize business processes across various industries.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Develop detailed automation architecture plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and IT standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
• Provide expert guidance on the selection of automation tools and technologies based on project requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation implementations, recommending improvements and optimizations as necessary.
• Stay abreast of emerging automation trends and technologies, evaluating their potential impact on current and future projects.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation architecture, with a strong portfolio of successful projects using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Nintex, or other relevant automation tools.
• Deep understanding of business process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to design scalable and robust automation solutions that meet clients' requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in one or more leading automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Nintex, etc.) is highly desirable.
