• Serve as the primary point of contact with assigned clients and ensure that we deliver quality and excellence in our UiPath automation projects
• Lead the technical aspects of UiPath automation projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and design UiPath automation solutions that meet their needs
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively communicate status to stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies for UiPath RPA development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience leading automation projects using UiPath RPA technologies
• UiPath Certified RPA Advanced Developer or equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of UiPath tools and technologies, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
• Experience working with clients and managing project teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
