Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OnBase Architect/Developer to join our team. As an OnBase Architect/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting OnBase solutions that meet our organization's needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that optimize the OnBase platform. Additionally, you will be involved in performing OnBase by Hyland EP and/or EP5 upgrades to ensure the system's stability, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. OnBase Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and design OnBase solutions that align with the organization's needs. Create technical specifications, workflows, and integrations to achieve seamless document management and business process automation.

2. OnBase Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of OnBase solutions, including configuration, customizations, scripting, and integration with other enterprise systems. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices.

3. OnBase Upgrade Management: Plan, execute, and oversee OnBase by Hyland EP and/or EP5 upgrades to ensure the system stays current and up-to-date with the latest features, security patches, and enhancements.

4. Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to the OnBase platform. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve incidents promptly and efficiently.

5. Security and Compliance: Ensure OnBase solutions meet the organization's security and compliance requirements. Implement access controls, data encryption, and data retention policies to protect sensitive information.

6. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for OnBase solutions, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT teams to enhance their understanding of the OnBase platform.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest OnBase features, upgrades, and industry trends. Propose and implement improvements to existing solutions to optimize performance and user experience continually.

8. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, system administrators, and project managers, to deliver successful OnBase projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an OnBase Architect/Developer, with hands-on experience implementing and supporting OnBase solutions.
• Experience performing OnBase by Hyland EP and/or EP5 upgrades is required.
• Strong knowledge of OnBase modules, workflows, custom scripting, and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with document capture, content management, and business process automation concepts.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server) and experience with database query languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant OnBase certifications will be considered a plus.
